I think you have a nice voice. Your songs seem good too. I hope you aren't just a face for some producer because that could be bad for you. Another thing is thtat your music is not rock, it sounds like poppish r&bish stuff. You should change the category because it doesn't fit at all in rock. Good luck, the people here seem to like you.

Ok so I listened to more songs. You are still not rock. You have a soulful sort of voice. Are you white or biracial or black or what? I can't tell from your picture. Not sure what someone like you can really do without a Major label. I never heard of any singers like you who are independant. You look like a Pop singer and sound like some of the so called 'divas' but you have a bit more earthyish quality. Now I am interested to find out about that interveiw you did here. You will need to have brains to make it and I haven't met many pop singers who have brains. No offense. Good luck. You do have a nice and pleasing voice and I still can't believe how it is possible to hit those super high notes like you do. Do garage doors open when you do that?

Hi LM: thanks for taking a listen to my songs. The reason they are in Rock is because there is no Urban/R&B or Contemporary Urban genre section here at dmusic yet. I figured Pop/Rock would be the only other acceptable category for my music. It is possible to do a lot on the indie level in my genre. It takes an extraordinary amount of hard work and utter devotion, but I am proof that one can make headway without starting off at the gate with a Major. I had to laugh at your brains comment. I certainly have them and I know what I want and how to get it. I even have a University education! Imagine that! LOL Thanks for the comments and best of luck in all your endeavours! Natalie

Yea Pop/Rock is your best way to categorize yourself on dmusic since they don't have a soul section.

You have an INCREDIBLE voice. I hope the best for you. I'm adding a lot of your songs to my playlist...they are great :) (Smile)
